CM001 - Reconditioned Pallet Conveyor - 19m long

Refurbished 19m Long, 5 x 3m Individually Driven Sections

1 x 3m Off Load Section , 1.5m Loading Section

Heavy Duty Construction, 1135mm roller width, accepts standard sized pallets.

Intelligent Mitsubishi PLC control, works as a holding station and conveying device for pallets. First in - first out operation, up to 12 pallets queuing on conveyor. Dramatically cuts down fork lift useage time by allowing operator to move pallets along conveyor sections eliminating bottle necking of production.

Re-manufactured control panel and fully re-cabled. Conveyor dismantled and re-finished in RAL7031.

Originally manufactured by BIE, Hull with original full documentation and user instructions. Used in a printing factory on a finishing line. Process change to reels and therefore pallet conveyor little used. Conveyor in long term storage prior to refurbishment.
