Used as a modem for off site communication with Mitsubishi PLCs and Beijer HMIs. Uses Hyper Terminal to create a transparent communications route via standard phone network. Device actually does work well with quite simple setup. No longer manufactured but still successfully communicates with FX2N PLCs. Mitsibushi dropped this product in favour of Westermo modems, however this unit performs equally as well. Din rail version.
